Our Team
Jessica Savino, LPC-S, PMH-C
Hello and thank you for visiting. My name is Jessica Savino, and I’m the founder of Blossom Counseling.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Supervisor in the state of Arizona, providing mental health services to children, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. I also specialize in supporting women and their families navigating mental health challenges during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
With nearly 15 years of experience working with children and families across various settings—including a children’s hospital, juvenile correctional facility, advocacy centers, non-profit organizations, and private practice—I bring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care. Since earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2016 and becoming licensed, I’ve focused my work on helping trauma survivors heal and break intergenerational cycles of trauma.
I’ve also witnessed firsthand the profound impact trauma can have on pregnancy and the postpartum experience—not only for the individual, but for the entire family system. This understanding has deepened my commitment to serving this often-underrepresented population.
My approach to trauma work is grounded in a blend of cognitive and body-based theories, with a strong emphasis on creating emotional safety and helping clients reconnect with their sense of identity and resilience. I draw from attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral principles, and somatic awareness to support both adults and children in gently processing trauma at their own pace. Central to my work is the belief that healing happens in the context of a safe, collaborative relationship where clients feel seen, empowered, and capable of growth. I bring empathy with thoughtful challenge to session, helping clients move through discomfort and toward meaningful growth.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey—supporting you as you build the tools, confidence, and self-awareness to heal, rise, and thrive long after our time together!
Kathleen Field, LAC
Hello, I’m Kathleen Field—I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor at Blossom Counseling, working under the supervision of Jessica Savino, LPC-S. I currently provide mental health services to children, adults, and families who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions.
For over 10 years, I’ve supported children and families in a wide range of settings– including elementary schools, non-profit agencies, child-care centers, domestic violence shelter, children’s hospital, and private practice. These experiences have given me a deep interest in supporting children and families through hardships, stress and trauma. I value creating space for children and families to show up just as they are—because it’s in that space that true connection can grow. Part of my work with families includes 5 years of experience supporting survivors in a domestic violence shelter. Drawing from that work, I place focus in listening, rebuilding self-worth, and empowering clients to make their own decisions.
What drives me in this work is both personal and professional. My own life experiences, and the meaningful relationships I’ve built along the way, have greatly shaped how I show up as a counselor. I’m inspired daily by the courage I see in my clients—their ability to overcome obstacles, heal from trauma, and reconnect with a sense of purpose. That transformation is what motivates me to do this work with care, dedication, and hope.
I believe that we aren’t meant to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone. Whether you’re a young adult struggling with identity, purpose, or relationships—or a parent trying to break generational patterns while raising a family—therapy can be a powerful place for healing. I work with motivated individuals and families who want to create healthier patterns and more fulfilling relationships. Many of my clients are navigating low self-worth, recovering from abusive relationships, or experiencing the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, IFS, CBT, and somatic therapy to meet your unique needs. For clients who request it, I enjoy integrating Christian counseling in sessions.
Clients describe me as warm, supportive, and focused on what truly matters to them. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered—so that over time, you can build the confidence and tools to thrive beyond therapy.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you in this work. I look forward to the possibility of connecting.
